When you provide your mobile number and consent to receive SMS updates about your vehicle repair (via a repair business's intake/quote form or directly to a repair business that uses HailMate), that consent and your mobile information are used only to deliver those messages. No mobile information or SMS opt-in consent is shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Twilio is used solely as a service provider to transmit the messages. Reply STOP to opt out; message and data rates may apply and message frequency varies.
